At Bricks Library Plus, we value your satisfaction with our products and services. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. To ensure a transparent and fair refund process, we have established the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refund:
In case the product is not working, you can simply contact us and telling us your issue.we will give you a fix if we will not fix issue within provided product feature then we can provide refund and this is eligible for if you request it within the first 30 days of purchasing.
You’ll get a refund, if
1. Our product is not as described.
2. Our product has a security issue.
3. Our product support is not as promised.
Refund Policy :
Due to the nature of the product,We will not provide any type of refund and cancel your order.Please make sure all features you must check before buy.
No refunds will be granted for product renewal payments, as you have had 12 full months to cancel the subscription (applicable to automatically recurring subscriptions only).
You’ll not get a refund, if
1. Only regular-priced plans may be refunded, sale plans cannot be refunded.
2. You bought an product by mistake.
3. You change your mind.
4. You don’t have enough skills to use the item.
5. The issue you mentioned is not correct.
6. Your server has a limitation to use our product .
7. If there is an issue with 3rd party plugins/scripts.
8. Conflicting with 3rd party addon or not working with a 3rd party addon/plugins/script.
9. Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals.
10. Refunds are not applicable for auto-renewals.
Note:
Before sending any refund request, you need to contact us to inform us about the issues with our product. If we are unable to solve the issues in 48 hours, the refund will be given without any more questions. We can’t provide you a refund unless you contact us regarding the issues and you need to wait for 48 hours maximum.
